Background & Experience
My name is Arlen Crawford and I am a Resume Writer/Employment Consultant.  I write all resumes and will be your personal writer.  I am a seasoned, professional recruiter with a comprehensive employment background working at major companies throughout my career (Westinghouse, Honeywell, Mariner Health Care, and Spherion).  I have also worked as an independent contract recruiter, an executive search recruiter for an employment agency and as a technical staffing recruiter for a temporary staffing firm.

Current Employment
I am currently the Director of Recruiting for a major southeastern healthcare firm that specializes in skilled nursing facilities, rehabilitation (physical, occupational and speech therapies), home healthcare, pharmacies and hospice.  I work with the finest recruiters in the South.  This keeps me in touch with the current trends in the employment marketplace.

Resume Writer & Support
I provide support to people in search of employment in many fields including healthcare, information technology, engineering, defense, utilities, sales, administration, accounting and finance.  As a Resume Writer, I have successfully written resumes for thousands of individuals over the course of my career in the above mentioned fields as well as for entertainers, technicians, artists, management personnel and executives.

Whereas an effective employment search begins with your resume, knowing what to say during the interview process can mean the difference in receiving an offer of employment or becoming a statistic in the pile of unsuccessful candidates.  As an Employment Consultant, I have counseled scores of candidates with their approaches and responses to various interviewing scenarios.
