Your resume is arguably the most important document of your employment career.  Your resume defines who you are relative to your chosen vocation and it provides detail of your talents and abilities.  Your resume is your calling card and an introduction to a potential employer.

Resumes
I offer a personal, common sense approach to creating what could be the most important representation of who you are with regards to employment.  I am responsible and accountable to properly represent you and committed to your successfully completing your search for employment.

Cover Letters
Everyone is unique and that should be reflected in your cover letter.  In today’s employment marketplace, cover letters are only read if they are brief, direct and straight to the point.  I will write an original cover letter template that can be used for any position for which you apply.

Interview/Employment Counseling
Are you interested in a resource that will help you with the interviews that result from your resume?  My commitment to you is to provide you with support through the interview process and to assist you in successfully completing your employment search.  I will be a live voice with which to work through your interview issues, challenges and obstacles.

How I Work
I will evaluate your information.  After reviewing the information or old resume that you send, I schedule an appointment to speak to you about your employment background and what you want to accomplish.  Once I have a thorough understanding, I will create a draft resume and forward to you.  You review my draft.  I will make the required changes and continue the process in the same way until you are entirely comfortable with your resume.  The total process generally takes around 24 – 72 hours, including weekends.

Resume Critiques
If you already have a resume that is old or one with which you are unhappy, I will give you an honest critique if you will send it to me.  I will not send you a bogus sales letter.  If your resume is good, I will tell you it is.
